Tenant Disaster Services


For emergency occupancy issues, Tenant Rep Agency coordinates site location, construction, move management and architectural needs for urgent action and emergency scheduling of available alternative locations.

Tenant Disaster Services division coordinates emergency response and a continuity plan for post-disaster relocation and reconstruction directly with tenant's insurance companies.



Disasters take all sizes and degrees such as a facility fire, a hurricane, snowstorm, tornado, flood, or other natural occurrence which damages or destroys office space, including dysfunctional heating or cooling system which does not allow tenants to remain in the facility or which may jeopardize their health or safety.

 

Utilizing the national platform of our commercial and residential real estate services, Tenant Disaster Services will:


Deliver Emergency Re-Entry Services
  • Assessment
  • Remediation
Emergency Relocation Services

Identify all immediately-available alternative short term and long term office locations - locally and nationally.

 

Services include:

 

Provide An Emergency Response Staff

 

Make an initial appraisal of the types of relief most urgently needed

 

Provide an Emergency Relocation Planner

 

Perform Emergency Damage and Needs Assessment of all FF&E, Data, IT, business operations and HR

 

Direct interaction with the Emergency Services on-site to fully identify and locate any essential business records & machines, and any employee needs

 

Identify all alternative FF&E, Data, IT, business operations at all alternative locations locally and nationally

 

Develop and execute a 24, 48, 72 hour; and one, three and six week plan

 

Coordination with duplication and back-up systems resources

 

Direct management of any and all usable company FF&E, Data, IT, business operations for relocation

 

Management of Emergency Relocation Plan

 

Temporary and long-term housing of employees locally and nationally, their families and pets. This includes residential to non-residential, residential to a hotel

Rapid activation for the maintenance and security of damaged facility, communications, and database

 

Coordinate Employee Transportation to temporary or permanent location

 

Permanent Relocation Plan

 

Ensure the safety and health of the clients by evacuating them to a safe and secure facility where health, life and safety needs will be met. Provide sufficient staff, food, medicine, medical equipment and supplies to ensure the safety and health needs of the clients.

 

As soon as possible after the evacuation, coordinate employee Mental Health

 

Coordinate EMERGENCY MOVING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS
